the location was perfect. it was an easy walk to the train station and the tube station. the staff were very kind! i liked the self-checkout shop downstairs. the room had good ac.

The hotel rooms featured modern styles. Comfortable beds allowed restful sleep. I found the breakfast good. It offered a short walk into town. We accessed shops, cafes, and restaurants easily.

The room cleaning was inadequate, causing inconvenience. On complaining, the issues did not seem to be considered significant. I hoped for better attention to detail.

The staff were very pleasant. i appreciated the dining recommendation for traditional german food close to the hotel, it was a great find! the room was good. I also liked the reception area. it had a variety of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices.
